William Bartley Cooper

William Bartley Cooper was born 1995 in Bad Tölz. He studied at the Ballet Academy of the Hochschule für Musik und Theater München from 2005 to 2011 and at the Otto Falckenberg Schule from 2014 to 2018. His first guest engagements took him to the Residenztheater and the Münchner Kammerspiele, where he worked with directors such as Trajal Harrell, Ulrich Rasche, Mateja Koležnik and Kevin Barz. In 2017 he was awarded the O.E. Hasse-Preis der Akademie der Künste in Berlin. Since the 2018/2019 season he is a member of the ensemble of Schauspielhaus Bochum.
