Robert Stephenson is an executive coach, facilitator and former theatre-maker who began his career in physical theatre and mime. Early work in education, from nurseries to universities, deepened his commitment to creativity, agency and transformation for children and young people. He now co-leads Zenith Leadership Ltd and works with senior leaders and organisations to move beyond performance into presence, using narrative, systems thinking and embodied practice. Across all his work he is interested in how story, play and imaginative environments support people to grow, connect and find their voice. As a Theatre-Rites trustee he brings experience spanning the arts, education and leadership development, alongside a long-standing belief that beautiful, ambitious theatre for children can spark lifelong curiosity and change.
