Flo has 16 years experience working in theatre and the performing arts and has a background as an Executive Director, Producer and Digital Consultant. Flo is currently Executive Director at ZooNation: The Kate Prince Company (ZooNation) where she is responsible for organisational strategy, fundraising, finances and planning. Flo also works as a freelance Digital Consultant in the Arts, prior to working at ZooNation Flo spent ten years at the National Theatre growing their digital output. During the Covid 19 pandemic Flo launched the streaming platform NT at Home. Flo has also worked at Complicite, the Barbican Centre and Theatre Royal Stratford East.
