We are currently casting for a BAME (Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic) performer for 2 upcoming projects and a Musician for 1 upcoming project. Please see full details below.

Theatre-Rites seeks a BAME performer for two exciting projects in 2018

We are looking for a BAME (Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic) performer for the following projects:

New site-specific production

Opportunity to spend 3 weeks developing and performing in a new Theatre-Rites’ site-specific production in one of London’s UNESCO heritage sites. An interactive walkabout show with a cast of 3.

Project Dates: Monday 8th – Sunday 28th October 2018 in London (3 week contract, incl. rehearsals)

 

 

Christmas production of Beasty Baby

Our acclaimed production Beasty Baby will be heading to Bristol this Christmas.

The show has a cast of 3 - a performer, puppeteer and a musician.

Project Dates: Monday 12th or Monday 19th November - Sunday 6th January 2018 (Exact start date TBC, 8-9 week contract, incl. rehearsals)

 

 

You need to be available for the full dates for at least one of the projects to audition.

 

The performer will have:

-       Physical theatre skills

-       A good stage presence

-       A minimum of 3 years professional experience

Theatre-Rites seeks a skilled Musician for site specific production 2018

We are looking for a live musician/performer for an opportunity to spend 3 weeks developing and performing in a new Theatre-Rites’ site-specific production in one of 

London’s UNESCO heritage sites.  The show will be an interactive walkabout show with a cast of 3.

We are looking for a musician who fulfils the following criteria:

- Can move around a space with their instrument/s

- Has a warm stage presence

- Strong singing skills

-  A minimum of 2 years professional experience

Project dates: Monday 8th – Sunday 28th October 2018 in London (3 week contract, including rehearsals). You need to be available for the full dates to audition.

·        A showreel/performance footage if available

·        Your availability for the project dates

·        Your availability on Thursday 17th May for an audition in London
